My wearable art pieces are hand-painted on silk and created to be both beautiful and unique. I enjoy combining vibrant colors, flowers, birds, and nature-inspired designs to transform silk garments into one-of-a-kind works of art.
This collection includes hand-painted silk tops, kimonos, and other wearable pieces. Each piece is painted individually, allowing the colors and designs to flow naturally onto the silk. Small variations and imperfections are part of what makes each handmade piece special.
I love creating art that can be enjoyed not only as a painting, but also as something you can wear and express yourself through.

Welcome, I am Priya Maikandan from New Jersey. I am One stroke certified artist, certified Level 2 and in acrylics and wOils. I enjoy painting in a variety of mediums such as Pastels, Acrylic ( on Glass, Ceramics, Wood, Fabric), Oils and Silk painting. The first time I tried silk painting was at a convention 10 years ago, and loved it. I started working on it and developed myself to different techniques. I like vibrant colors the dye creates on silk. I always loved art and a passion to create new things.
